Terms of Service
1. Services
We provide consulting and support services related to immigration programs, residency/citizenship processes, document preparation, and coordination with third parties (e.g., licensed agents, legal advisors, banks, government bodies and service providers). Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or proposal).
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
- Cooperate promptly and attend appointments when required.
- Use the services lawfully and do not submit false or misleading information.
3. Important disclaimer
- Not government-affiliated. We are a private company and are not a government agency.
- No legal advice. Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not provide legal advice.
- Third-party services. Third-party terms and policies may apply to parts of the process.
4. Communications
We may communicate via email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media or other channels you use to contact us. You are responsible for maintaining access to your contact methods and checking messages.
5. Compliance (KYC/AML) and refusal of service
We may request identity and compliance information and may refuse or terminate service if we suspect unlawful activity, sanctions risks, or material misrepresentation.
6. Fees & payments
- Fees are defined in a proposal, invoice or written confirmation.
- Government fees, due diligence fees, bank fees, translation/notarization, courier and other third-party costs are usually separate unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are due by the deadlines indicated in the invoice/confirmation.
7. Cancellations & refunds
Refunds depend on the stage of work and whether third-party services have already been initiated. Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Third-party fees are typically non-refundable once paid or initiated.
- Our service fees may be refundable partially if work has not started; after work starts, refunds may be reduced to reflect time spent and costs incurred.
8. Website use
You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious code. We may block access for abuse or security reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party actions or government decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy & cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Dubai, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.
